Alan was very approachable from day one and immediately put my wife and I at ease. He is very affable, has a good sense of humour and was honest and transparent throughout our dealings with him. Alan also went out of his way to allow us a follow up inspection of the property outside of business hours. I thought that Alan exercised patience during the negotiations of the purchase price and we felt that there was no undue pressure in finalising the sale of the property. Alan has a knack of balancing the interests of the vendor in obtaining a good sale price and the desire of the purchaser in securing the property.
