I found David and his team to be most helpful selling my house. It was a very stressful time as I had already bought. David reassured me it would be ok and it was. I would thoroughly recommend him The only suggestion I can make is if it is going to be a ridiculously hot day it may not the best idea to have action in the Masonic hall as it was very hot and uncomfortable.

We were very impressed with the service Graeme gave. He worked hard and was always available to give advice along the way. It didn't matter how many questions we asked, or how simple the questions were, he was always able to treat us respectfully and have the appropriate answer. Graeme made himself available to be contacted all the time during the process of selling the house. He always maintained a positive attitude and was encouraging about the house, even though there were times when we not confident about the house selling. One thing we valued was that Graeme did not try to persuade us to accept an offer. He always just stated what was happening in the market and let us make our own decisions about the way to progress.
