Downsizing wasn't high on our agenda when a family member was shown a potential property for us to view upon returning from holidays. That property didn't suit us, but we were subsequently recommended another property, which quickly became our downsize of choice. Wow...it seems like we're moving!! Those original agents, David Walker & Anna Cavill, impressed us so much that once we purchased, they were the agents we chose to represent us in the sale of our family home of 31 years. Anna initially came and viewed our home in case we needed to act quickly. Her sincerity, friendliness, enthusiasm, encouragement & expertise guided us in the process. Since this wasn't on our radar, it was action stations to get our home ready for a brief marketing campaign to auction in 3 weeks!
