We recently bought our family home with Thomas as the agent for the vendor. He was very approachable during the open home, not like some agents who just stood there and wait for you to talk to them. He is also very transparent in terms of dealing with us. He made the buying process easier for us and at the same time still get a good price for the vendor, that's why we also choose him to sell our unit. I enjoyed talking with Matt on a personal level. He is a committed family man who tries to do his best for the client. However, I was disappointed with the final outcome of the sale. I suppose that the final offer is in the hands of the buyer.
