He is busy but never made me feel unwanted. We found David to be communicative, he told us at the right time what we needed to know & he answered our questions. He shared his wisdom of real estate & we believed him. We felt like he was experienced. David is a team player, he & his team work well together, each one knows their tasks & they do it with professionalism & without fuss or complaint. We felt well supported by the whole team. We also felt the team had expertise, Candice for example knew so much, exactly what to do & how to do it & how to get over hurdles, she had experience. We appreciated Candice's help. David has excellent negotiating skills which he used to get us a better price. We would not have gotten the great price we have without David's skills in negotiation. He was amazing & we're thrilled with the result.

I was very nervous as I’d previously had a bad experience with another agency trying to sell my home. Liana went above & beyond. The market is very strange but she did an amazing job & we ended up with over 25 contracts & 7 registered bidders. I would have loved to get a bit more for the final sale but I KNOW Liana did everything she could to get me what I wanted. She worked so hard. If the house hadn’t sold I would have still stuck with Liana. She’s fantastic. I’d never use anyone else again.
