Dion was recommended to me by a friend who's opinion I respect. After meeting with 3 other agents and not 100% happy with any of them I decided to meet with Dion. I knew, half way through our first meeting, that he was the man I wanted to sell my home. He helped me with trades people to smarten up my home prior to putting it on the market and met with them at my home if I couldn't with my work commitments. Once my house was on the market Dion kept me informed throughout the whole marketing campaign which meant that by the time Auction day came there were no nasty surprises. I found his whole team extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with. Even after my sale Dion offered his advice on properties I was looking at to buy. Nathan has been a very helpful and patient person explaining the intricacies of selling a home and I soon gain confidence in his approach. He is methodical, friendly and always make himself available to answer questions. I now understand and appreciate what he meant when he says he will see the deal through to a acceptable end and never give up even when the situations looks hopeless and appear to be collapsing as in the case of my auction sale. Dion was the second agent to market our property after not having a single formal offer with the previous agent over the course of 3 months. 3 weeks after listing we sold.........enough said ! His communication and updates on what was happening were outstanding and Dion certainly knows what he's doing - his point of difference as an agent is his enthusiasm and genuine interest in getting the best outcome for his customers,that was certainly our experience.
