My husband and I recommend Dion to any prospective property vendor whether you are looking to purchase or buy. Dion runs his business like no other real estate agent and I know this is because he is professional, courteous and had our wishes at the forefront. He operated with integrity being open, upfront and honest. We sold our home through Dion at Auction and are very very happy with the result. 2 days later, we purchased a beautiful property through Dion at Auction. I find that because Dion is local, he treated us like 'family' and made us feel very comfortable along our journey of selling and buying. Dion came recommended to us via another Ray White agent out of the area. I was initially draw to him and his partner, Nathan, as they were new to the area, but locals. Our first meeting confirmed my initial over view of their enthusiasm and local knowledge. I had very strong views, but was happy to be guided by Dion. Once we enlisted them as our agent, we were extremely impressed with their rapport and constant communication with us as to the progress of the sale. Dion, from the outset, was confident as to who were the serious buyers and kept us informed as to their intentions. He was extremely professional from day one, and on the day of the auction excelled himself. We achieved a price way, way above our reserve and expectation. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any prospective vendor and wish him every success in the future.
