Professional, honest and reliable.
David is up to date with constant changes in the property market. He has a very professional approach, is very honest and reliable. Most importantly he does not give his clients unrealistic price expectations to get their properties listed. He is always available to help wherever required and has a hands on approach David and his assistant Felicity Gooley make a great team. Highly recommend them to potential clients.

I would highly recommend James Levy
James is excellent and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering selling their home! He 'held our hand' through the entire process of selling for the first time in 23 years. His advice, attention to detail, professionalism and great communication was very much appreciated and he sold our home in two weeks!

Highly recommend David Beveridge
Highly recommend David Beveridge David was excellent, read the market well, gave us a considered appraisal, and pulled together a great marketing/sales campaign. He communicated well, was fair and considered in dealings with potential buyers and consulted with us through out. David and his sales assistant, Felicity, went above and beyond in assisting us and making a stressful process as stress free as possible. And achieving the price we hoped for in 12 days. It was an excellent outcome.
