Now that all has settled at my Mum’s home, it is time to say “Thankyou” to you, for the great work you did in the lead up to the sale. I quickly became confident in your ability to market and sell! Regardless of my distance from St Ives, I was very happy, knowing we were in constant communication by ‘phone, email or text. You kept me well informed and our conversations were frequent and friendly. You always gave time for my questions and comments and I very much appreciate that. Although the house was tenanted, you calmly smoothed the way and negotiated, gaining excellent results. At no time did I feel concerned or anxious during the weeks before the sale, but simply glad that, with your knowledge of the local area, you were there leading the way.
