It was very refreshing to work with an agent that is proactive and knows the market as well as David does. He really goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service, even showing myself and my husband through a house that we were interested in on his day off while he was not well. It would have been so easy to put us off until the next day but he made the effort to ensure that we were able to view the property at a time that we could both make it. Thank you David. I would also like to say that he really seems to have his finger on the pulse of the market and quite accurately predicted what various homes in the area might go for at auction. It was a real pleasure to work with such an informed and personable agent.

She really knew the neighborhood and the houses well and was quick to put forth solutions to any problems that arose. She seemed to understand what we were looking for and moved forward to find a personalized solution for us. A pleasant experience compared to many other agents.
Coming from a sales background myself I always ask the little voice in my head "Would I buy from him/her" and with Anna it was a resounding "YES I would" she has the perfect personality for sales and straight away you (and more importantly your buyers) feel comfortable to open up to her. Anna also is experienced on both sides of real estate having dealt in property herself Anna see's potential in your home other agents never will and highlights the opportunities to potential buyers so they see the growth opportunities (and lets face it we all want to feel like we can make money from our investment, even if long term). Anna will flatten out the emotional roller coaster by ALWAYS answering your calls, making you feel nothing is a problem and showing time and time again she will go above and beyond to get the job done for you and the thing I liked most about this was she stayed consistent right to the very end making her a truly trusted agent. After talking with David for 3 mins I had that person and not only did he meet my expectations, he blew them out of the water (and not just on the value he got for my home).
