I could not recommend Cassie and her team more than enough. They were clear and cut on all the aspects of the sale and advertising. Purchasing your first home is both exciting but intimidating. But working with Isaac has made the whole process less daunting and easier. Isaac is kind, patient and informative throughout the process. He has the most up to date information about the property and he is very patient with heaps of questions being asked; even if they're silly ones. He goes above and beyond with communications and keeping you updated about the purchase of the house. He is also very organised with the inspections and appointments. If I had someone ask for recommendations for a real estate agent then I would strongly recommend Isaac.

As first home buyers, buying a house through an EOI process was quite daunting, but Courtney made it such a pleasant process. Courtney went above and beyond: she called out of hours to let us know our offer was accepted; she kept us in the loop every step of the way; and when settlement happened at the end of the business day she personally dropped off the keys.
