Only spoke on the phone no communications
While buying our house we only spoke to Liam once or twice tops via phone , we were pushed to the helping hand. We had no communication about sold signs going up / down or acceptance from previous owner etc. we had to find out via email signature documents sent through . We didn’t even see him picking up the keys. Also we had a lot of things / furniture left behind in the house to which we where advised we had to dispose ourself at our own cost.
