Sophie is your next level real estate agent. Hubby and I looked at a house with Sophie about 2 months prior to this house. Unfortunately due to half its land not being useable all year round due to flooding, this of which Sophie was completely up front about and also gave advise of how we could have worked/used the land if we did settle on that house we decided against purchasing that particular house. Sophie then asked us a few question regarding what exactly we were looking for in a house and the size of land minimum that we required she then said if a house that suits the information we have given her pops up on her radar she would let us know. At this point we had heard the same spill from a multitude of other agents of whom did not follow through with their promise so for hubby and I we were expecting exactly the same results from Sophie. Boy was I wrong yes it may have been 2 months later but Sophie made sure for 2 months to keep her eyes and ears open for the right house for hubby and I. Terry and the team at ray white Wamuran were able to compare our property to similar properties in the area that that recently sold to establish a good idea on the property valuation range. Terry was able to advise and recommend a marketing strategy for the property to be sold for the price we wanted. Terry and the team got a contract on the house within a couple of weeks with terms that really suited our situation with having tenants in our investment property.
