Very happy with the sale of our property in Bellmere. We sold an existing house on our subdivison which was a bit run down having been left for so long. Ashley found the perfect buyer to renovate and restore the home using excellent negotiation skills and communication with us. Overall, it was a fantastic effort given the condition of the home to find the right owner. We are very happy and would recommend her services for any real estate that is a bit more challenging for the common agent. We would love to see how well she does with a normal property! 5 stars.
