We approached Vivian to sell our house just before being plunged back into yet another Melbourne lockdown. Vivian was very friendly and informative right from a start, her warmth and knowledge won us over and we embarked on the sale journey. Trying to sell during covid lockdown was not easy & on top of this life threw some extra curve balls - Vivian maintained an excellent style of open communication, trying to understand our situation and work with the ever changing rules. It was immensely stressful for all parties but Vivian continue to smile and work hard. Ultimately we sold via Zoom and we're happy with the process. Huge thanks to Vivian and her team.

I recently bought a property from Vivian and it was very enjoyable. Vivian was very communicative and supportive. She works really hard to sell properties with a good price. I would really recommend her to sellers, even though I myself is buyer this time. I would definitely sell with Vivian when I need to in the future.
