I’ve had a wonderful experience with Team Vivian Li. From the get go they were attentive, showed attention to detail and never left any question unanswered. We have found the perfect house which we can’t wait to spend a long time in.

Vivien was in constant communication through the whole process of selling our home. She and her team were well prepared from our initial introduction until the home sold.

Thanks Vivian and team. I have known this team for years and they were there through all of my ups and downs when deciding to sell, or to stay, or to sell. I can’t thank them enough for all of their support, visits and kindness. Highly recommend

Terrible service provided by Vivian. She promised the world and under delivered in a big way. After the initial meeting which was all positive all we got after that was negative. Late night calls. Text messages nearing midnight. Wasn’t at any of our open inspections, poor communications after our opens, No advice on the day to get a better result for us. Just a really poor service by her and we just felt she really did not care about the result or the process. She made a stressful time a lot more stressful than it had to be. Dishonest. After all that, once sale settlement went through she had the audacity to ring my partner and proceed to ramble in many different ways that the people who bought our house think they paid to much, that all interested buyers thought it went for to much. Not only is this irrelevant at this point. It’s just lies as we know our house sold for way unders, a lot less than she promised us and she did not post the price online knowing it’s unders. Those lies and disrespectful phone call was the icing on the cake for a shocking experience.

It was such a great pleasure to work with Vivian, Brittany, Tony and significant others. You guys were extremely professional, demonstrated in-depth local knowledge, and worked really hard to deliver a positive outcome above and beyond our expectation. I will certainly recommend you guys to others wanting to sell their property. Thank you heaps, team Vivian!!!

Team Vivian Li went above and beyond to help us sell my mother’s property. They weren’t pushy at all and made the whole process so much easier for us. From helping move boxes and weeding the garden to taking out the bins and bringing them back in, they truly went the extra mile. Their kindness and support meant so much to us, and we’re so grateful to have experienced this sale with them. Thank you, Team Vivian Li you made a challenging time feel manageable!

Vivian really knows Harcrest Estate. she’s the go to expert, and you can absolutely trust her! Working with her was such a great experience. she made everything easy and stress-free. She’s super professional but also kind and genuine, which made us feel really comfortable. Her knowledge of the local market is unmatched, and her advice was spot on. Vivian and her team kept us in the loop the whole time, which made the selling process so much smoother. We always felt confident and looked after. Big thanks to Vivian and the Ray White Team you guys were amazing!
