Chris knows the market well and has a lot of contacts. He was able to sell our house within his estimated time frame. Although we didn't sell in our desired price range, we were prepared to accept a lower offer and he was able to negotiate an extra $10k on top of that. Chris is a great communicator, kept us in the loop at all times, and also very determined. When we bought this property, we bought with a competitor and he kept in contact at a minimum, once per year over 9 years! We decided that kind of dedication deserved our business when it came time to sell. It was also possible to complete the sale remotely from Melbourne, which saved us a few trips to Warrnambool.

His knowledge of the market here in Warrnambool was a very important component of our discussions. He set us at ease immediately, making us feel he was looking after our interests. We felt he really cared about a good outcome for us. He kept us updated on progress with potential buyers by sending us very detailed reports and meeting with us weekly. He advised us on the amount of money we could expect whilst listening to, and acting on our expectations. Jason is very professional and personable. We never felt under pressure. His advice was excellent: Attracting the appropriate Buyer demographic and pricing accordingly. How best to present the property. Communication: Phone calls after each open house followed by reports providing detailed information of the campaign's progress. We never had to chase him up for anything. The property sold at Auction for $85,000 above the reserve price. We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Jason.

Undoubtedly, Jason is very good at his job. His local knowledge is broad, he communicates well using real enquiry data and importantly, he gets the job done. I think it's fair to say that the initial Ray White price estimate was overly optimistic which made Jason's job here quite a bit more difficult. In the face of this, we appreciate his ability and experience. He ultimately came through and got this sale done.
