Lisa went above and beyond expectations

As a property investor selling a property, we initially made enquiries to Lisa to sell a property that Ray White was already managing the property as a rental. We ended up choosing her without even looking around for other agents because the rates was competitive, she has a very positive review score on realestate.com, and she showed extensive market knowledge without being pushy. We had a price in mind that we wanted to get but Lisa managed to get a great ad campaign going and 30 buyers were in the door within the first weekend, all making offers. In the end Lisa acheived WAY more than we had imagined and secured the contract smoothly, after showing us pros and cons of each offer. At each step, Lisa was contacting us, the buyer, the tenants, the body corp, and the lawyers - often working after hours to ensure everything went smoothly. We've never had this much care and attention previously. And the amazing hamper at the end was a really nice unexpected touch. Not sure if everyone gets one of those :-) Extremely happy with everything Lisa did as well as the team at Ray White Waterford. We will definitely be requesting Lisa's property services in future.
