Kate provided a level of professionalism, which far exceeded our expectations.

Kate was referred to us by a previously satisfied purchaser. Kate demonstrated a level of professionalism which allowed her to navigate a complex "Tenants In Common" arrangement with multiple stakeholders and securing a sale that exceeded our expectations. Kate's knowledge of the market within the locality was shown to be accurate and she was able to identify a buyer within the shortest possible period. Kate's negotiation skills achieved the highest end of our range of expectation. During the entire process Kate managed to keep all stakeholders up to date with every step until settlement was finalised. We very much appreciated Kate's commitment to the sale process, which made a difficult time a much more pleasent experiance.
