Nothing was too much trouble.

Our initial meeting with Kate of Ray White Waterford was two months prior to the sale of our house. We chose Kate as out agent because of the Ray White Hub. Better for Kate to explain, rather than I. Kate explained the sales campaign to us in detail, which we decided to run with. Wow, what an experience. From photo's to internet campaign, signage, Open House and sale, everything went according to plan. We signed the contract and sold the house in seven days. We're in the process of buying and completing the purchase of our new home. Although, this is not a Ray White purchase, we still go to Kate for guidance and help with an difficulties that arise. What a wealth of knowledge this lady has. Last but not least, we considered selling the house ourselves. I'm so glad we went with Kate. The sales price achieved was so much more.
