I found Jeremy to be a pleasure to deal with in every aspect of the purchase process. In particular, he was not pushy, left my wife and I to make our own decisions, only offering advice when asked for. But he went a lot further by helping to persuade the vendor to allow us after signing the purchase agreement to access the unit three weeks before settlement to undertake renovations which were completed by the time we moved in.
