Of course during the process, we encounters a number of key decision making point, Jeremy not only help to provide advice, but with solid analysis supported by data and facts. Find a potential buyer is hard, however, negotiate the best possible price is even harder, again, Jeremy and his team demonstrate outstanding negotiation skills. I still do not believe that Jeremy and I never met in person or online (via VC call), and the deal is just completed. What a hassle free selling process.
