Alex appraisal for my property was atleast 700K but he sold for 666K which may be due to current market conditions, but I am not happy with the sale price and the way he handled communication and missed on some deals due to not following up with them and promising things like high price and reducing fee ..which he could not keep up .

Trust your agent and work with them. Our first week have no buyer to visit the house and the second week we have a couple of families but no offer. The buyers prefer other house for their own reasons. God Will Make A Way Where There Seems To Be No Way. The third week, our agents found a buyer. One is all you need.
