Ive been working in the industry for 15 years and spent 5 years in a top performing Sydney Ray White office, I know what top service is. I now buy and sell for a private investor and met plenty of agents with mixed results. Alex met and exceeded my expectations all the way through from initial contact to settlement. The property was tenanted and I was concerned they wouldn’t move out before settlement but was assured and vacant possession was given. Settlement was going to be delayed by the bank, but Alex overcame this hurdle and happened as scheduled. I judge an agent based on ‘when things don’t go to plan’ and how they’re handled. Alex handled everything smoothly and professionally with a perfect outcome. I was buying from interstate so having a reliable agent was essential and Alex delivered. Alex was knowledgeable, personable, prompt with excellent communication. Highly recommended.
