She tells it like it is
Michelle knows the market, is very easy to work with, but not afraid to let you know if she feels your decision making could be headed down a detrimental path. Ours was Michelle’s first ever online auction at the start of the Covid restrictions and it thankfully produced a sale, considering days before we toyed with calling it off due to uncertainty In a turbulent marketplace.. Despite lockdown restrictions frequently changing inspection rules in those first few weeks of lockdown, Michelle steadied the ship and brought home a result slightly above what we were hoping for when we had a very real concern of being passed in. We were stoked. Thanks Michelle and Jamie. This was our third encounter with Michelle and we would not hesitate to use her services again in the future!!!

Excellent experience
From the moment we called on Michelle’s services she was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was quick to see how she could help us and the process was started immediately with her and the team taking care of everything. The communication was excellent and the effort to sell our property was greatly appreciated. The house sold in around four days and above our expected price. I would highly recommend Michelle and her team and would not hesitate in using them again.
