We were glad a friend referred us to Michelle. Carradin did much of the basic work in organising open days and following up interested parties but the whole team were always ready to assist us with any questions or problems.At no stage did we feel uneasy about leaving our house in their care.The regular meetings kept us up to date with all negotiations.Upon sale of the property they ensured all bases were covered when dealing with our solicitor and the new property we are moving to.We would have no hesitation in referring any friends to Michelle.
