Michelle and Victoria was fantastic to deal with from the first moment we met, they understood our needs and what we wanted to achieve moving forward, we had a short period of time to work with and they still got the end result and kept us updated the whole way through. I would recommend them and use them again if selling. The whole team at Ray White Werribee was fantastic.

Michelle knows her market! She sold our house in no time with no fuss and no stress on us. We left everything in her hands and came out with much more than we expected. I wish that I had more houses for her to sell.

Michelle and her Team provided a very professional service with the sale of our home. We were very happy with their knowledge of the current market, including specific points for marketing in our local area which guided us to a price we were happy to sell for. Regular Open for Inspection’s were scheduled, and comprehensive feedback provided on all interested attendees, along with followup. Michelle and Nicole’s energy, enthusiasm and strong business ethics always made us feel confident that they were acting in our best interests. We would definitely recommend Michelle Chick and her team in Ray White Werribee.

Michelle was great, we asked her loads of questions and she maintained the same enthusiasm and genuine care throughout the whole process. We would talk she would listen and in return we did the same. We didn’t want an agent to be a rainbows and lollipops we wanted the facts a plan and good results. Our end result was awesome. We are very happy Thanks Michelle

Michelle Chick & her team came highly recommended to us from 2 of our closest friends who not only sold their homes with her, they also bought homes from her as well. Michelle and her team are very professional & enthusiastic & lived up to their high reputation in every step of the sale of our home with excellent communication, & a fantastic result. Within 4 weeks of signing up for Michelle to sell our home it was sold at auction well above our Reserve price. We would not hesitate to recommend Michelle, Matt & her team to any prospective seller or buyer, we were extremely happy with her.
