We had the hard task of putting a house on the rental market. The RayWhite Team came over prior to listing to explain what we should do, and not do, to prepare for the best rental return possible. With their advice, we then set about doing a very quick renovation to achieve a marketable house. They helped us secure good deals on Carpet Layers, Smoke Alarms, and tradesmen to prepare the house for the market. Their mantra was if we present it tidy, we will ensure the tenants keep it this way. She was professional to deal with all along - some agents speak to their client like they are friends, but Rachel was courteously professional, whilst maintaining friendly human touch. She offered opinions proactively, she helped organize for blind installtion and arranged multiple opens and enquiries without showing any signs of nuisance. With the rental market being very flat it was important to find an agent that had the right skills. Rachel O'Kelly had all the skills required to valuate the right rental price and using best practice market strategy to have the new tenant moving into the Property within a few days. Outstanding work was that she managed to get 9 parties on first opening Thursday night plus 15 parties Saturday morning. By Tuesday morning the best application paid the deposit. Surely that result can only be done by the best agent.
