Michael Nolan and his team contacted third parties (not involved in the sale) and relatives of mine to discuss my sale, my settlement and my property’s campaign - without my permission or knowledge. My own copy of the keys to my property were withheld from me by the agent. This was distressing as I needed them to tidy the property before a settlement inspection causing great inconvenience. Michael Nolan and the RayWhite team advertised the price sold for my property even though I said multiple times to them that I did not want the property value to be advertised immediately due to personal reasons. This was completely ignored. RayWhite team also noted my property sold at Auction - the property did not which is misleading to consumers. I felt pressured and at times controlled in regard to my decisions on the campaign, even when I said that I did not consent to certain things. I felt pressured as the vendor to suit what the agent wanted, which is similar to reviews I have now seen post-sale from other sellers. This is my experience and I would hesitate to engage with Michael as a seller or buyer ever again.
