Matt was involved, together with Luke O'Kelly, with the sale of our investment property in Doolandella and working it through with them with their advice as to what they felt was necessary as an upgrade of the property, after owning it for about 16 years, was good practical advice that they gave and made it easier for them to present it to buyers with fresh paint and replacing items that were beyond life expectancy giving it a totally new look.
