Vlad was very friendly and attentive. He had Avery reassuring manner which instilled us with confidence. We had met him at an Open for Inspection and liked his approach which was very friendly and inviting. He advised and guided us through the whole process and gave us great advice on what needed to be done to maximise our house value and made us feel very comfortable and confident from our first meeting.He kept us in the loop with everything that was happening with weekly reports and regular phone calls.
