I thought of taking 2 weeks to rent out my house but it took 1 month, I'm not sure why it is so difficult to rent out my brand new house... thanks for the agent picking up my stuff for me at my house..... please make sure having good policy for tenants' paying of rent (they didn't pay the first month rent in full and the agent hasn't told me exactly what's the policy on this)....please make sure to check my house condition in a strict manner as those tenants have 2 pets.
