As a current landlord I am satisfied with the consistent rental statements coming through via email. However there was a costly maintenance/repair expense which went through without providing approval of any sort. I contacted the property manager for a please explain who basically said they were on annual leave at the time the repairs were completed, so there is poor handover/communication internally. They did assist with the extending the lease with the current tenants (as expected) however the contract showed the incorrect rental amount on the agreement. I also contacted the property manager regarding this - they advised on the phone they would amend and send a copy via email - still waiting for this to come through.
