Excellent Performance

Ellysse from Harcourt managed the transition of our investment property from near completion to tenanted. Ellysse was consistently helpful and professional, she showed a high level of initiative and astuteness and also offered practical, well informed advice. Consequently, I believe I was saved much time, stress and financial loss, as Ellysse reliably met the builder and property valuers to follow up on practical matters. During this time, Ellysse also managed to advertise the property, show prospective tenants through, and promptly rented the property to a tenant who appears to be reliable and suitable. From the start I had a prompt and friendly response to my initial inquiry. Since then I can't fault their excellent and timely communications and efforts to find a suitable tenant. Can not fault them. Ellysse has been very helpful and knowledgeable.

Knowledgable and great advice received

we had been with the same agent for several years and did not realise we were not receiving the full spectrum of services on offer until we met Ellysse. She was very knowledgable of the area provided great advice and generally took us through the steps on how she can assist in ensuring our property would be tenanted. Ellysse was always available when contacted replies within a short timeframe to emails. Amazing :)
