Harcourts have been looking after our property for over 5 years now. Cameron, the director is lovely and is always helpful. The day to day activities however is highly dependent on the agent that’s managing our property at the time. There has been some really helpful agents over the years but we also encountered one or two that weren’t so great. Our current agent Emily is lovely so hopefully she’ll going to be here for a little while.

I haven’t rented for an extremely long time. 1st house applied-success. Once moved in had a bottle o wine and a jar of lollies on bench. (I’m guessing that’s standard) All email communication has been great. Even received a lovely email from Nathan wishing myself and my family a Happy Easter. All prop maintenance was quick to action. I have the loviest PM - Emily and a lovely LL. I couldn’t ask for anything better. This RE has great communication, quick to action, so far their contractors are great to speak with also. I consider myself lucky to have such a professional Real Estate Agency as my renting Agent. They deserve more than 5 stars, well deserved Harcourts West Realty - Cairnlea.
