Dealing with Cameron from Harcourt's was a positive experience. I initially had three other agents provide me a an appraisal on my home, I decided to go with Harcourts for the following reasons: Professional, ethical, realistic on the value of the home and more important they had displayed a innovative marketing plan that i have never saw before. Best of all they had drawn up allot of interest in our home and we had more then 6 different offers to choose from. Cameron and the team managed to secure $45,000 more than what we wanted.
