Joe was professional from the first meeting and outlined the marketing strategy for the unit sale.I was unsure whether to sell and he did not try and push me to sell.After three weeks of renovations Joe advised me that I would get a substancially higher price.With one open house I received three offers and Joe ws even available on Sunday to discuss the offers and final acceptance.Together with Jerue they make all decisions easier and I would definitely recommend them to sell in the Westmead/ Parramatta area.

Joe desrved to be an outstanding agent. I left Australia 16 years ago and I totally lost contact with the real estate market. Joe helped me sell my unit at a good price and relatively short time.
