This was possibly the best experience I have ever had with any realestate agent. Nicole was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly and kind, but also very knowledgeable. She had a great understanding of the market, the house, and the documents that needed to be provided upon applying. I cannot even being to commend her for this experience. She made the whole experience stress free! I would highly recommend her and I will be recommending her to my friends and family!

When we applied to rent the unit 6/19, my daughter Nat words about Ray White people were: they ate very professional and friendly. When I visited your office a nice young lady with a nice smile gave us the information we were looking for, and particularly, when she noticed us straggling with the English Language, she started giving us the information in our mother language Spanish; it was very nice to hear a young girl speaking Spanish very well. More over; when the very first day we moved, we had inconvenient with the garage spot was busy, we informed about it to Jessica Manager; she acted strait away helping us every day it happened. I’m grateful about it because my husband was disappointed because of this issue; by the way we have noticed that residents are following the strata rules, hope keep going in this way 🙏🤗

Nicole was really good and she has great customer service skills as she was very kindness. She show us the property with good explanations and how we could apply and what documents we need for the property. She was really good. She opened the house and checked my name If it's registered for the inspection and then she let me go in with respect and smile face and then she show each room and explained everything to us.
