We moved into this rental house and were immediately confronted with numerous maintenance issues, such as leaks and damages that weren't disclosed in the inspection report. While we've fixed some minor problems out of our own pockets, larger issues remain unresolved for too long. Despite our agent being prompt in their responses, we constantly have to chase them for follow-ups, and essential repairs are still pending. Overall, the maintenance experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
