When we contracted Marcus to sell our beloved home at Auction, we were extremely confident that during the 4 week campaign, Marcus had the knowledge and experience to do so. We were sure that with his team and the support from all at Ray White Wetherill Park, that a positive result would be achieved with the best outcome. Marcus was available 24/7 to answer our many questions and to reassure us on any concerns that we had, during a time when the market was showing a downward turn. The phone calls that we received from Marcus to “just touch base” showed his caring and compassionate nature. His experience and research into the market overall, showed his commitment to presenting us with all the information that we needed to help us understand the result that we were aiming for. A report was presented to us each week showing past and present sales in the area, results of the open homes that were held and buyer’s feedback. Marcus would take the time to sit and talk us through this report and answer any questions. He always endeavored put our mind at ease that he would find us the right buyer that would love our home as much as we did. And that he did! We achieved a result that we were extremely happy with and could not have achieved this without the dedication of Marcus and his team.
