The application process was smooth and fast. They are very commendable! Me and my husband are foreigners in Australia (we're from the Philippines) and we hadn't encountered any difficulty in the process The application was fast, too! My husband inspected the unit on wednesday, we completed the application form and attachments thursday then we were notified that the application was approved on friday! Incredible! We are very happy!
