Upon our first conversation, I could already see the signs of Martin's professionalism, describing the sale event as a jouorney and their role as an agent to guide us through this journey. At first skeptical due to the buzz word trendy world we live in, but Martin was quick to establish a relationship with my family and began what seemed like an established methodology of a sales process. Firstly gaining an understanding of the nature of the sale, gauging the family position, helping us decide on the type of sale which will consequently benefit us best. Doing market research and openly discussing where our house fits within the market, without any wishful or delusional influence. Martin's advice through our sale was always measured, composed and informed, never making a decision without evidence. During our auction, it was relaxed, all parties had an idea of what we would and wouldn't accept an offer. Remained agile in our expectations by help of Martin and kept shifting the goal post as the atmosphere of the auction shifted in an expected volatile nature. In the end, we received slightly above our expectation and we're very happy with the outcome all thanks to Martin Yokhana and the team at Ray White, special mention to William also as, great Batman Robin partnership going on between the two. With these two though, I now have 2 new friends I'll keep in touch with.
