We bought a property off Jan Di Rosso four years ago and sold the same property through her this year. We had much appreciated her professionalism during the first transaction and hence we approached her when we wanted to sell that property.Again her professionalism was I diminished the second time too, and the property got sold within a few weeks. Her personal qualities alsoroved to be an asset, we found that she was not verypushy and let us take time to make the decisions. Where required she was assertive and always upheld our interests above everything . Finally if we have to sell or buy another property we would approach her.

Jan stood out immediately amongst the other professionals contacted for advice and 2 years later, project completed, we asked her to manage the sale of one property and the leasing of 2 others.
