Having embarked on her investment journey at the age of 18 in the United States and subsequently in Australia, Bec has a deep understanding of what investors need for peace of mind. Prior to her tenure at Ray White, Bec held the position of Mining/Maintenance Manager for infrastructure projects while simultaneously managing several of her own investment properties. Bec returned to the Whitsundays and swiftly assumed the role of Property Management Department Head, bringing with her a wealth of legislative knowledge that ensures our clients receive the highest standard of advice. Bec’s unwavering commitment to excellence, strategic acumen, and profound industry expertise make her an indispensable asset to our organization and our clients. A naturally driven leader dedicated to fostering success in others, Bec possesses a genuine passion for both people and property. She adeptly oversees our team of skilled property managers, providing them with insightful leadership and strategic direction. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Bec spends her weekends exploring and diving around the Whitsunday Islands by boat with her husband and children, seizing every opportunity to enjoy the region's natural beauty.

Tash has been working in Property Management for over 2 years and has developed a strong understanding of the industry. Tash strives to deliver a high standard of service to both Owners and Tenants. Tash brings a high level of professionalism with strong communication and prides herself on customer service. You will find Tash spending time with her family and friends in her spare time.

Donna has been a local in the Whitsunday community for over 27 years. Being a long-term local she has a wealth of knowledge about the area and a wealth of knowledge in property management. This is displayed through her professional, positive and approachable manner, making her a valued member of the Ray White property management team for more than 8 years. Having a strong background in property management, administration, and customer service, allows her to provide exceptional support to fellow property managers, landlords, and tenants. Skilled in fostering positive tenant relationships, addressing their concerns promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction, which contributes to tenant retention. Away from work, Donna enjoys spending time with her family and is always kept busy catching up with lots of close friends.

Although not born in the Whitsundays, Lillian says the town has welcomed her with open arms and she is proud to call the area home. Graduating from Proserpine High School in 2020, she started her career at Ray White in the front reception then progressed into Property management support. Over the years, Lillian has gained experience in various aspects of property management, including lease administration, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and inspection reporting. Lillian’s passion for real estate and the desire to provide top-notch service to property owners and tenants led her to become a valuable asset in the field of property management. On the weekends, Lilly loves to go to the local beach with her dog to soak up our Whitsunday sunshine.
