We found Joanne to be nothing but professional. I have worked in Real Estate myself so understand how the whole process works. I would recommend her to anybody looking at selling their property.

I had a fantastic experience with Joanne and Hocking Stuart in general. Our house was sold at Auction and we received a great price, well above what we were expecting.

My family were extremely happy with Joanne Royston and John Grech of Hocking Stuart Williamstown. Joanne and John were constantly in touch with updates over the advertising period; they were clear and direct in all conversations and emails to us; they were confident and positive and this gave us a comfortable feeling throughout the time involved and including auction day; they took time out to show buyers through our property at unusual times requested of them; Joanne's excellent auctioneering skills on sale day resulted in an excellent price outcome for the family; overall we were delighted and extremely happy with Joanne Royston and John Grech of Hocking Stuart Williamstown and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have sold many houses in the past with other agents but never felt as informed and comfortable about the process as I was with Joanne. Her local knowledge is second to none, she maintains a high level of communication, she is enthusiastic and dedicated, but most importantly for me, and the reason I will use her again is her no-nonsense and honest approach. She worked very hard on our behalf to achieve a pleasing result on the sale of our property. Joanne really is a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend not only her, but her whole team at Williamstown Hocking Stuart.

Joanne did a fantastic job selling our unit as she was in contact with us the whole time during negotiations which is exactly what we wanted as we don't live nearby cheers

Joanne and the team at HS Williamstown did a fabulous job in achieving a fairly quick sale and achieving the price we were after on our property in Williamstown. Apart from the sale they also were the agents for the new house we purchased and the total process was stress free for my mother. I would recommend Joanne to any perspective seller or buyer in the area.

We had the pleasure of buying off Joanne Royston and her team late last year. We were very nervous spending all that money on a family home but with Joanne and her teams help they made us feel more relaxed and even though they were working for the Vendor they would help us were they could. Thank you and we love our new home, made all that stress worthwhile.

Would do business with Joanne and her team again. Good work.

We missed out on this lovely home, however Joanne and the team were very helpful and we purchased another property from hockingstuart.

Our house was sold with very mixed feelings from me, as it was sold without my consent. My former partner organised the whole thing and at the point of sale, I felt I had no option but to sign. It was a traumatic time for me and I was then left effectively homeless for three months after settlement date, I think you could all do with some more psychology skills, you are dealing with people not just money and the thrill of the sale. It would have been nice if you had offered to help me find a new place for my son and I to live in once we moved out. Things have worked out now as we are living in a new unit in Brooklyn but it will take me a year to recover from it all. I would also say that ethtically and morally I thought it was wrong indeed to sell the house before auction and I thought it was wrong to advertise the starting price at 500K to draw in unwitting buyers, when we had no intention of accepting less than we paid for it.
