I have never sold a home before. I was a novice extrordinaire. Choosing an agent was hard because, to be honest, the 3 on my list were all great. But choose I did. And I chose very well indeed. Narelle's people skills are a winner. She is easy to talk with, injects humour into her professional knowledge and made me feel comfortable at every turn. She explained things succinctly but was happy to eleborate when I needed more information. She read the market well and pitched my house accordingly.
