The best investment for our first investment

They say it’s hard to find a good agent with your best interest especially for your first home. A lot of agents are keen to sell a home, but may sometimes forget the buyers criteria and checklist. Andy was far from this - and the most unusual thing is that we only came across him through a referral! From the get go, Andy asked what we were looking for, what our budget was and considered that we were a small growing family. And he made sure he always considered these in the homes that he showed us. He gave us a gem, our first home. And through inspection, negotiations, pre-settlement inspections and many visits in between, he was there. He was present, he was accessible over the phone and text.
