Eager to help by sharing his market knowledge .

Highly recommend Michael Assad and his team. Selling a property in today's market wasn't easy, but they appear to have unique strategy. Michael always encouraged me they were working for me in every step. Thanks to their well-known name and excellent process, they brought plenty of buyers to the auction and the result was fantastic: $660k. As a busy person, I really appreciated their patience. They kept me on track by reading my mind and explain everything before I ask. Late hours or weekend time was not a barrier for Michael.
