I am very happy with Peter Kiritsis in regards to sale of my family's house. Peter is very informative and has excellent communication skills. However, he was not at all "pushy" to list the house. Being a local agent, Peter knew the area well and is passionate about his area. However, after the excellent experience with Peter I would also enlist him when selling another family home in the Adelaide Hills! In other words, he is not limited to his area as he has vast Adelaide knowledge and experience. Peter kept all involved family members up to date with what was happening via different ways (sms, email). This helped us feel confident to know exactly what was happening. Peter knew the best way to sell the house to get the best outcome. We are very happy we listened and went with Peter's advice to then achieve an excellent result. In all, I would recommend Peter to sell your home if you want the best results.

There was always a clear line of communication with regular updates on the progress of the campaign, and this was confirmation we were in capable hands. The highlight for me was Peter's honest appraisal of the property and where we should be aiming with our sale price. He wasn't over the top in simply trying to get a listing but offered a realistic overview of our home, the surrounding suburbs, and where our property sat among houses sold over the last 12-18 months.
