The idea I hear is to always be reserved, worried and never trusting of an RE agent when purchasing as they are working for the vendor. Unfortunately I was not able to be this way with Peter. His professionalism and guidance for a new home owner, like us, was more than we could asked for. I will walk away from this transaction with Peter's name saved in my phone and Ray White Woodville 'liked' on facebook.

We were advised that if you want the 'best in the west' then Peter is the man for the job. We had already met with three other potential agents however when we met with with Peter, we immediately felt comfortable, trusting and confident. Peter didn't let us down. When we decided that we wanted to seel our home in West Croydon, there was only one person that we believed that would get us the best possible outcome and that was Peter Kiritsis. We have known Peter for a long time, 15 years in fact, way back when Peter almost sold us a property in West Hindmarsh. We ultimately purchased West Croydon, but not from Peter. We stayed in touch over the years because we were impressed with Peter's professionalism and love of Real Estate. We utilised Peter's business to tenant our home when we moved interstate and when it came time to sell well we didn't have to look any further. Peters knowledge of the market trends, the local area and his enthusiasm where exactly what we wanted from an agent. Peters advise as to what we needed to do to the property to make it more desirable, home styling, a tidy up of the landscaping and painting our home white through out, it definitely paid off. Peter confidently described the campaign and that it would be short, only 3 weeks. We weren't sure about what the home would eventually bring in the market and didn't decide on a reserve until the day. Peter never pressured us for a reserve and kept us informed about each open and all inquires that were made, this information in the end helped us to set the reserve, On the day of the auction, Peter was optimistically enthusiastic, all of the potential bidders had arrived, Peter introduced us to the auctioneer Jonathon Moore and we discussed the reserve. Peter was not concerned at where we set the reserve, in the beginning, before we decided to sell we thought we would get around $700k, as the campaign matured we thought that we may achieve around $720k, we decided to set the reserve at $740k. Peter was confident that if we achieved a sale price of between $720k & $740k we would have a great result. Peter described the auction strategy and the rest is history, we achieved a sale price of $762k a new bench mark for West Croydon. Thanks Peter.

It was easy doing business with Peter because he was able to communicate with us in our mother language and we were able to understand him and felt comfortable asking him any questions that we needed to ask.
