Kyle Woodbine
We would recommend Kyle to anyone buying or selling in Wynnum/Manly area. He has great knowledge and understanding of the people and properties in these areas. We bought a house through Kyle and then he sold our house in the first open house.It was the easiest and most stress less experience we have had with property buying/selling. Kyle always kept us in the loop and nothing was too hard for him or his team.

Without a doubt, Graeme is - by far - the most professional and comprehensive real estate agent that I have ever dealt with. Although I have bought and sold properties previously, I expected buying solo for the first time to be a very daunting process. From the moment I enquired about the property, right through till settlement, Graeme regularly communicated in an honest and transparent manner, keeping both myself and the seller informed every step of the way. Sale of 18 Atlanta St Manly West / purchase of 4/47 Hindes St Lota.
Was a pleasure working with Vicki. 18 Atlanta St wasn't quite ready to sell when we first discussed options for sale. Vicki allowed me to finalise what I though to make ready for market and supported my opinion. Both Kyle and Vicki went through the house initially to determin a sale price. The advertising and marketing worked well as Vicki explained it to be the Wynnum Ray White way. First open day, 3 offers on the table as Vicki advised this house is very much for sale and will go. Vicki explain to the potential clients to lead with their best offer, so we accepted a 2% increase on what the house was listed for. Great result, everybody happy. I have on several occassions spoke with the new owners of Atlanta St and they are very happy also how everything panned out. Hindes Street. I asked Vicki if she could negotiate a sale for the Townhouse in Spinnakers By The Bay. Vicki accepted the challenge and we went to market to purchase this unit. Unfortunately the Agent who had the listing doesn't and did not have the same morals, passion and instincts as I recently experienced with Vicki and Team Ray White Wynnum at the sale of Atlanta St. After some tricky negotiations, Vicki managed to steer the Agents into a fairly quick settlement and now we are in. I have and will continue to promote Vicki Fraser as a perfered Real Estate Sales Person in the Bay area. I would like people to have the same healthy, good experience such as I did with the sale of our family home and purchasing of our Townhouse in the Wynnum Manly District. I wish Vicki all the best for future sales in her chosen career as I'm sure she will continue to be very successful and prosper with her friendly passonite approach to this tough market.
