Debbie,worked hard for us to sell our property.At all times she kept us totally informed, was honest in all her dealings and displayed a professional yet understanding approach. We would have liked a better price ( as no doubt all vendors would! ) having said that it is our strong belief that Debbie achieved the best price possible price for us in what is a tough market. Esme & Claudia were very attentive and kept us informed with detailed info regarding the Open for Inspections what could assist in obtaining a sale ... BUT we inspected the property and found the dishwasher we ordered and paid for was never fitted and the periodic visits by the Agent failed to see this and caused some consternation and only due to us calling into Yeppoon that we found this.
